Even though Veterans United was not able to match the best rate offered Matt's outstanding customer service retained my business.

Shane Miranda and his supervisor Jon McCarty are very disrespectful and unprofessional. It was a very unpleasant experience. We ended up getting a different loan officer at the end name Tony I can’t think of his last name at he moment, but he was very helpful and communicate.
