Second time using Veterans United! Overall a great experience, yet again.
The process with Veterans United is stress free. Every time I did not understand the process, before I could call to ask my loan officer, Randy Nivens was calling me to explain what step in the process was happening and set my mind at ease. Even though I have never actually met Randy, except on the phone, I think of him as a friend. He made everything go smoothly. He never talked down to me and I felt I could ask him anything.
