They made the entire process very enjoyable and were quick with responding to all of our questions, never made us feel rushed.

Overall a great experience. Information flow was a slow a couple of times

I had an awesome experience with Veterans United. The process was extremely smooth and easy especially being able to upload all the documents online.

Shane and Alen went above and beyond from day one. I would probably rate both of them in the top 5 customer support I’ve ever had. Excellent job!

Extremely helpful in all aspects of the loan application process. Excellent website which is a vehicle to supply all needed documentation.

The loan app process needs reverse engineering.there are two pocs sending info, the loan officer and the transaction specialist ,whicn only confused the process .there should only be one.hard to get long lead time requirements like the IRS two years of transcripts should be started during the prequal letter process and not later.held up my closing by several days.it is also a known fact that VA appraisers lie ball the appraisal but this reality seemed to throw the process into a tizzy when it should be expected and even planned for.my whole application process was reactive rather than being proactive.

Everything was handle with professionalism.

Very professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire process

Our overall experience was above & beyond our expectations from application to closing. We felt that our finance team really "cared" about us.

Great from beginning to end with the whole process

i would hope others would check with VUHL AND FIND THAT THEY MAKE IT EASY

vary good staff

Casey Angie and Troy were excellent to deal with. They were always there for any questions I may have had. Thank you all.

Thank you Justin for everything. I met a friend. Keep up the great work.

Incredible performance from commencement to completion.

Second time using veterans United and am more than completely overwhelmed with there professionalism and their attention to detail. Thank you

Veterans United is too picky. They ask for craziest things such as a letter saying that your closest living relative won't be living with you. Not to mention they wait til the last minute to say anything. I had to reschedule my closing date not once but twice. The first time they waited til the last minute because there was damage that was the HOA's responsibility to fix. The second time the inspection form was going to expire by ONE business day and they wait til the day before Thanksgiving to say mention anything about knowing full well that getting an inspector to look at the home around that time would be near impossible.
