I would recommend them, but have them understand the process is too long and frustrating. I believe this process could be narrowed down by not putting so much unnecessary stress on the borrower. There are many things that could be handled by staff and not the borrower. I never received the $121.00 credit I spent out of my own pocket for water test and pest letter.

Daily communication with either Jessica or Sam up until the end then 1-3 days would go by when we were getting ready to close and no communication for those days scares us because they weren't returning messages/calls.
This has been an amazing journey for our family. We had come to the conclusion that buying wasn't in the cards but we found the perfect home and Veterans United was able to get us financed in very little time.
