My husband and I just closed on our first home. We were working with Mary and Tim throughout the process. Both of them are outstanding. Mary, the loan officer, was great during the first week, before we put an offer on a house. She would always answer any and all of our questions. Once we put an offer on the house, the financial aspect was handed off to Tim, the loan coordinator. Tim was, by far the shining star. He always had a positive attitude and never once seemed bothered, no matter how many times I asked the same question. Tim helped me understand and feel confident in our decision to purchase a home. Very easy to work with VU lender. Great communication. I switched to VU loan from my bank because I was not able to contact with my lender and I lost a home that I really like. After I was with VU everything went smoothly with no problem. My husband and I are active military and we highly recommend to apply VA loan if you are a veteran or active military.
