Very easy to work with.
I found the process to be long and hard, but stuck it out. If you want something bad enough you will have to work for it.It took me a long time to find the home I wanted and there are very few like it on the market in the area I wanted to stay in. I had to do a lot of work with the seller to meet there very high standards, a lot of things that I would have fixed as the home owner. Have a good relationship with your seller and your realtor and that should help get that home you want.
