It really felt like they were there for me every step of the way. My experience with my agent Lorenzo was outstanding as well! I couldn't have asked for a better agent to go through the process with. He listened to my needs and concerns and was able to provide me with all the information I needed. Him and his team were extremely knowledgeable on VA loans and knew much more than previous agents I worked with, getting me the most band for my buck. They are all also either active duty or veterans so they understand how our lives work. I was able to close on my house for my family right before I left on deployment which was my goal and he made it happen for me. I am so pleased with my experience with Lorenzo and Veterans United!!
I bought my first home through USAA. It was a good experience, they did their job and gave me a loan. I shopped around for lenders the second time and learned about Veterans United.
