Had a good not great overall experience! I think we waited to late to start pushing paperwork and at the end it was a rush and closing date had to be pushed back! They are helpful and will get you everything you need!
My experience working with Veterans United was amazing. My loan officer, Jake, was able to answer every question and offered great assistance throughout the loan application process, pre-qual to closing. Even though he and his team aren't local, it sure felt like it! Loan team was quick to respond emails/phone calls, didn't miss a beat! Our bank made home buying a miserable experience. When my wife and I were at our lowest point and discourage we found Veterans United. Two weeks! I say again two weeks and now we have a home. Veterans United knows veterans and the VA process and they went the extra mile and then more to get us our home. Thank you is not enough and I have already recommended Veterans United and will continue to recommend them.
