From the outside looking in it appears to be an overwhelming confusing complicated process but after the first phone call you are treated like family and given very clear concise instructions and guidance for every single step. When we first hoped for a Home of our own we had been renting for years. our closing was on May 17th but we didn’t close until 8 days later so we had to pay for hotels and check in every day. We leave messages and never get a call back. She would ask us to get her same information we had already provided 3 times.
