As usual, nothing ever goes as planned- and when those “events”’happened that could possibly kill the process- Ryan and his team worked through them, ensuring a successful home purchase. Overall great experience. Online interface made it easy to get documents in and Bobby Moss was always easy to get ahold of and a pleasure to talk to. One thing I would recommend is that more information on what is going on at a certain point in the process is always better than less. I understand you’re an enormous lender but halfway through the process I almost switched to a local lender because right off the bat I felt a little more comfortable with her. She offered to explain almost every aspect of what was going to happen and fees that could come up. I had to tell her that I didn’t need her to explain something where as sometimes I had to pry for information with VU. In the end you guys won my business. 10/10 experience. Just remember to continue to put yourselves in the buyers place and be generous with information. I consider my financial intelligence fairly high but buying a home involved learning an incredible amount of information and I could barely keep up with it. Just something to think about. Great experience and exceeded my expectations once again.
As a first time buyer I needed an education and I got it. I feel as if I could still call anytime and continue to learn from Danny and the team. I personally was not looking for some one pushy, or trying to sell me anything. At no time did I feel as if I was being rushed into something, or intimidated.

It was quick and easy. They needed documentation and I provided it. The only hiccup I had was the final paperwork to the closing company was sent Friday to the title company and our estimated cash to close went up 100%. Just as a heads up make sure all parties have everything in on time so there are no surprises.
