Veterans United Home Loans made it easy and possible for my husband and I to purchase our forever home. After having to foreclosure on a house while active duty, veterans united home loans made us feel worthy, like anything is possible. They not only helped explain every step but has videos to farther explain everything. Our first home buying experience was a blur and little to no contact with the loan officer. But here at Veterans United Home Loans, everyone was very helpful and generally cared about getting our family in a home, while keeping us up to date on every step on the process. Not only were they helpful but they were able to get us a great rate. The whole process for us was really fast, we started looking for a home at the end of January (last weekend) and closed on a home at the end of March. Such a smooth process, especially with the way you can upload documents online and view what process your loan is in, it truly was a great tool that i used regularly. Krystal our home loan officer was amazing in the process and without her and her team at Veterans United, we would not be able to say we are now in our forever and own HOME!
5 Stars. Veterans United did an outstanding job. I had originally applied with another lender and they said it would take up to three weeks to obtain a certificate of eligibility from the VA. I was a little skeptical about using VU However, after my initial phone call with Mr.Vishal Patel, I felt very comfortable with VU. Vishal was very informative and knowledgeable regarding the requirements of a VA loan. I had a preapproval letter the same day my application was processed. Vishal and his transaction coordinator Heather Ottinger returned all of my calls and responded to my email in a prompt, timely manner. VU specializes in VA loans, unlike other lenders. Because they specialize in VA loans, you they are able to provide higher quality customer service. I highly recommend VU to all veterans.
Veterans United has gone above and beyond. We bought a house in Idaho, while still living in Germany. This is a scary thought, but they made it easy and comforting!
