Angie was great. Underwriting seemed to have taken a very long time. We waited over 20 days for a NOV from the appraisal. I never saw the appraisal until after the NOV was released. While we waited for the NOV, I feel, underwriting should have asked for all remainder of items needed. I was asked for bank statements the day before closing. I was told I had to submit these ASAP or I couldn't get the loan out of underwriting. So for 20 days, my loan sat dormant when they could have asked for necessary documents. It seemed like as soon as my loan went to underwriting I had to submit all the same documents. The same documents that were uploaded to MyVU dashboard.Also my closing cost worksheet changed 4 times. And not by a few dollars either. It went from getting a few thousand back, to geting a few hundred, to paying more than a few thousand, to finally getting a few hundred back. All these numbers changed days before proposed closing dates. STRESSFUL! It seemed as though they put arbitrary companies and overly high dollar amounts to give you a proposed amount. I understand that part, but why not put the actual amounts to begin with. I was supposed to close on the 28th of February and didn't close until the 10th of March. I am 100% certain that we could have closed on the 1st date if underwriting was more organized. I was recommend by a friend. Her transaction, she states, was seamless. Start to finish was painless. I feel I was more stressed out during underwriting than any other time.



Jake Hansen was always there threw all of my crazy question!!!!!! And answered each and every one!!!! Anna Denietolis was wonderful as well, and oIl would recommend them both too any one going threw the mortgage process!!!!!

The process was very clear and straightforward. Having the ability to review and sign documents via email was a valued asset.




This is my 1st home buying experience, and I was honestly appreciative how smoothly the entire process was. Every step was explained for me to understand easily. I really was impressed with the online account, where I could simply log in, check my "to do's" and keep up with the process.
