The beginning was great. Everything moves so quickly but towards the end, my team lost all contact with me for 2 to 3 weeks. I left messages emails. They said my file got erased and they had no way to contact me the date of closing, but still documents also weren’t filled out properly, the ones that were filled out we weren’t 100% accurate and it made it a complete mess. Very stressful towards the end and closing day

Nonetheless, the whole team made my 1st time home buying experience great. Tim definitely went the extra mile for me. I would not have made it through the process without him and his professionalism and his dedication.


Aside from Veterans United this was a challenging process. Derek and Alyssa were the most reliable of everyone involved! When a hurdle arose, they were rock solid in supporting us pass them. I am so glad thew were on my team!

Overall experience was very disappointing. Lack of communication with the loan team, hard to reach at time and repetitive document request. Closing day was delayed by 2 days.
