I would recommend Veterans United to any service member looking for a VA loan they know the process which makes it easy and quick. The loan officers keep in contact and are very easy to work with along with the real estate agent with all the help it makes the process just so much easier. I had heard the horror stories about home purchasing but with the guidance and support of Veterans United no horror story just a quick and easy home purchase.

The Veterans United team was beyond reproach or question. I have nothing but good to say about them. The underwriter used, however, was a different matter entirely. This person asked questions and required information that had no bearing whatsoever on the matter at hand; in short, they were nothing more than an overly-nosey pest. Once again, I must stress this has nothing whatsoever to do with my opinion of the VU team.

Our loan specialist Scott Ratliff was awesome! Could call anytime my wife or I had a question. Very friendly, never got frustrated, and was always available. Weekends, nights, early mornings, whenever!!!! He went above and beyond! I was really amazed at how engaged he and his team were.
