The loan team is amazing. The underwriting part is stressful but, John, Beau and everyone else relayed the information timely and went to bat for us. It was a great first time home buying experience.
They made the process SO easy, and things actually ran faster than I anticipated. Great job by all involved!

I recommend having one contact person reaching out. Its confusing when two different people contact you, especially if you get different info from each. For example one person would tell us what we needed or did not need and the other person would say something different. It made us make multiple or even unnecessary trips to the computer.Both contacts were unbelievably friendly and I know they each really wanted to help and support us. I just would be lying if I didn't communicate that there were definitely times of confusion and frustration. And I dont think that can be blamed on our circumstances.
