The process is long and can be a bit unnerving. There are a lot of documents to gather and upload but is manageable with patience. The loan officers asked for documents up to the end so keep up with emails and texts so you don’t miss anything.
I will never use Veteran's United again, and I will encourage my friends and family to seek loans elsewhere. I was spoken to very rudely on the phone and not helped on multiple occasions by my loan officer, and when I called and asked to speak to a supervisor to try to resolve the situation, they were rude to me as well. I am very disappointed in my experience with Veteran's United, especially after reading a lot of very positive reviews before selecting them to get my home loan.

Your professionals are extremely detailed oriented! They worked hard on my loan and even after we passed papers they still wanted me to sign one last document! they were all a pleasure to deal with and their professionalism under any circumstance or pressure never changed!
