My overall experience was great. My only concern was the lack of communication towards the end. I would recommend that the lender be in contact with the buyer daily to answer any questions they may have.





I loved having instant access to my loan team. All my questions and concerns were addressed right away throughout the entire home purchasing process.

We expected Veterans United to work with us diligently, as this is our first home, and clear up any confusion as well as follow up on things with us, but there was not that curtesy.
