The experience overall was a pleasant experience. Jeremy and Andrea worked well together in getting our loan approved and processed for a timely closing. VU referred me to a credit counselor to assist me paying down debt which allowed me to get our new home. Customer service and communication is key to doing good business and VU has that down.

Check the spelling of your names on all documents. Don't assume that if it's correct on the first page it will be correct throughout the 165 pages of the mortgage.
