We aren't yet set up to keep all loans for the long term, though we are working towards that goal, and in the meantime, we only work with servicers that we have a good working relationship with, which allows us to work together in case of any concerns regarding your loan. I love using this company - multiple properties and have always felt like a first time buyer and not a repeat client. Very personable and very good with communicating information throughout the entire process. Also, one of the only companies I know who sends personalized gifts with closing as well.
If your in the fence about picking a loan provider VU is so much more then just a bank ! There interest is in you and not your money. I would recomend any Vet seek out VU!

Veterans United has been the best company to work with for our home purchase! We have a 6 month old which means busy days and a lot of sleepless nights! At first I thought “oh boy what were we thinking trying to buy a home with a baby” but then I got to meet our loan officer Allison and her coordinator, Shelbie. Allison and Shelbie completely exceeded our expectations. They made the process so easy (yes EASY!) and smooth that I didn’t feel stressed at all. I was able to focus on my everyday life and still close on a home with ZERO issues. I couldn’t believe it since I have heard so many horror stories from friends and family that have used other lenders.
