From the first call we made while living in a hotel with no kitchenette, they were able to speed up the process and get us a place we can call "Our First Home" and home cooked meals have never tasted better especially in a new house! I had an amazing experience with my loan team lead by Sam Yoo. There was never a moment they left me uninformed and they always answered the phone no matter what time I called. If it was not for my loan team through Veterans United I would probably still be looking for a house today. Seriously they couldn't have made it any easier.
I would definitely recommend United Home Loan to other Veterans. The agents were great. The review process with the underwriters could have been better, but, as far as the VU staff, those were some really nice people.
The whole prcess of buying the house was made so much easier because Veterans United did a great job communicating with us and our agent. I would definitely recommend using Veterans United and our agent(Chad Long) if buying a house in Central Ohio.

Strongly recommend VU. They do a spectacular job. Their desire to help veterans purchase homes is evident in their performance. Truly a great group of individuals. They made the homebuying process a whole lot less stressful. We even closed earlier than scheduled.
