KThe process was amazing and smooth as silk. Our Senior Loan Officer, Garrett Holzum and our Senior Transaction Coordinator, Alison Pharr were beyond amazing!! Their customer service went waaayyyyy beyond expectations ( I expect a lot ) and was the absolute best I've ever experienced. Their representation of your company should be a model for customer service everywhere. Also the fact that after a bankruptcy your company doesn't go by repossession date is a rare thing. You should be commended for knowing people have no control over how long it can take a bank to complete that process.
