Andy Moe was great!!! The underwriter was not. First the underwriter wanted certain documents and not others then she changed her mind and then needed items that she said she did not need.

Best bunch of people to work with to purchase a home. Crystaline, Brandon and the team were outstanding and very professional, a day did not go by that if I had a question Brandon or Crystaline had an answer for us. This team is part of our family and if they are ever down in gulf shores, al they are always welcomed in our home. It took over 107 days to close, and everything was turned in within two weeks from when the purchase agreement was signed by all parties. When the title company would call the lender, no answer, no returned messages, no contact. When contact was finally made, the lender told the title and the seller the buyer did nothing.
