The entre process could have been nerve-wracking, but due to she and Holly's dedication and assistance everything went smoothly. Alex made my wife and I feel very comfortable with understanding the mortgage loan process. The website was outstanding and very user friendly. Kat kept all of us on tasks with our action items. Both Alex and Kat provided thorough explanations when we didn't understand parts of the loan application process. They did a great job with preparing us for the closing meeting. We also loved their sections 1 through 10 video series. They really helped us comprehend the loan application process more effectively. Alex and Kat were very responsive to correcting proofread errors. Most importantly, they watched out for our best interest throughout the process and ensured whatever benefits we qualified for, we received them. We very pleased we selected Veterans United for our mortgage loan needs and we strongly recommend them to anyone buying a home.
