There procedures were easy to work through. They were very helpful .
For whatever reason, between agent, lender, & escrow ... my home recording has basically slowly progressed. For whatever reason, without pushing parties involved to meet timelines, this deal would not have been done. Additionally, after explaining the importance of being able to meet the timeline of a very obtainable date... I ended up paying $300 more in rate lock fees, as well as having to secure lodging due to the delayed funding & recording. All & all, I would not recommend this company as a whole. By far, my worst home buying experience ever. My lending officer communicated as needed, but for some reason things just did not flow. I’ve used different lenders before with much more success. This will be my last go with this company.

I have to admit, I was wary of the time frame from offer to close. I had read online that it could take 30 to 45 days, if not more, with stellar credit histories. Like most Americans, I got myself into debt, and it showed on my credit report. I paid the debt off, but the questions will always linger. Even with my spotty history, I was able to make an offer, and close on the house in less than 30 days. For those of you interested in buying a house, I have only one suggestion: get the requested documents back to them as soon as they ask for them. You may have to explain some things in the process, but be honest. Nobody is perfect, and if all goes well, you too will be given the keys to your new home. Andrew, Danielle, and the rest of the loan team did an amazing job. They were polite, attentive, and answered any question I had. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. A big thank you to all those that took part in getting me into my house. I couldn't be happier, and would do it again in a heartbeat.
I am appreciative of The Veterans United team. They made this the best experience ever! I have dreaded this process in the past, but they made this so easy for us. I am grateful for their hard work, so that my family could get moved in and will get to celebrate Christmas in our new house.
