At this point, with our Veterans' United experience in the rearview mirror, we would tell potential Veteran homebuyers to definitely look elsewhere for VA home loans. We have never written a review such as this for any company, and we wish we did not have to do so in this case. but, this is how it is. Our move to Montana is probably not our final relocation move. I was disappointed I was told to call and lock my interest rate so if the interest went up I would be protected. I did call and I reminded the lenders of that before they wrote the contract. The interest went up and they charged the new rate. I told them and they gave me the dumbest reason why they couldn’t honor what they had promised. That left a bad taste in my mouth and all the good work they did was negated by this false explaination. I was business man, college professor, license baptist minister amoung many other title and my word was as good as a written contract and that is the reason I didn’t back down from signing the contract. Other wise everything else on scale ofOne to ten was good

Was extremely satisfied with the overall outcome. It was a lengthy process but staff was able to work diligently to get loan completed. I was extremely happy with Jeremy being thoughtful in sending my family a care package for my son's college football team. Absolutely awesome!! Ryan, Kerry and the entire team did brilliant work securing my loan. They were attentive, responsive and did everything they could to help educate me and my wife throughout the process.
