My only complaint had to do with the final days of the loan process. My local bank complicated things by not releasing my verification of mortgage to Equifax, which delayed close of escrow by one day. This escrow was originally scheduled to close on July 20, 2015 and my husband and I did sign off on that day. However, we did not receive a "Buyer's Estimated Closing Statement" prior to the 20th and I did not have an exact amount that we needed to bring to close until just about two hours before the notary was scheduled to arrive with final docs. There were also a few stray documents that had to be signed after we signed off. This was stressful. It was also not consistent with our experience with Veterans United to that point. Until then we had received nothing but the most professional, friendly, and efficient service possible from all of Veterans United staff, but most especially from Justin Napier and Mason Maddox.

After going through the process of selling a property and buying a property at the same time....dealing with two different lenders (our buyers lender & VU) and 2 different real estate agents (our listing agent & buying agent) - It was a breath of fresh air to deal with Derek and VU as well as Tami Jones at Realty Executives.
