Veterans United is amazing. We bought our house April 2023 and refinanced August 2024. Throughout the process Stephen and the team were available for any questions and really took the time to make us feel comfortable during these periods. Both instances working with them have been a breeze to where it almost feels too good to be true. They make you feel like family and make the process incredibly seamless.

From start to finish, the loan process with Christopher and team were outstanding. The VU portal provides step by step guide, to-do lists, timelines, videos, and updates. In addition to the portal, Lyndsey Ripper, our loan Coordinator, was fabulous in every way. She is personable, detailed oriented, and thorough. Chris and team have been patient with our gazillion questions, extremely knowledgeable, and creative. They provided us with educational information that would benefit the home buyers and ensuring the process goes smoothly, and stress-free! This is a team of Rock Stars! Highly Recommended!
