too much back and forth and my wishes go forward and come back completely different. You all need to find a better third party partner.

Kevin and Jason were absolutely the best to deal with.they were very knowledgeable and were available day or night to answer all questions we had.it was clear they knew their products and had all the answers by how quickly they would respond and never said"let me find out for you and get back ".These gentlemen are a clear assert to your team and veterans united should be glad they have them.

Refinancing was a smooth transition, with a few bumps along the way, but overall, very good. The few things I would have been a little more comfortable with and would have been prepared better for were: 1) not knowing my transition consisted of movement from one handler to another. 2) would have liked to have known earlier in transition that I was going to be required to do a water test, out-of-pocket. I understand some banks require, some don't, mine did. Had I known earlier, (instead of last minute) that it was a possibility, would have been able to make arrangements for this on a better schedule, instead of having to pay extra for a 3-day rush (just before expected closing date), had test complications, having to rush even more to find a service tech to resolve the complications, allowing natural time to happen through the well (not to mention that expense, retesting and paying for yet another rush test.......the whole experience was extremely stressful and expensive! It got done......but had I known it was going to happen, would have prepared for it much earlier, and it would have been less costly in both money AND my "age". Also, while going through the closing signing at my title company, there were some items that whomever was going through "the list" at Veterans United after we were faxing them back after signatures, was being told that we didn't sign.....when we clearly did and fax confirmation confirmed they were sent. Then, there were items he said were still required, when they weren't even in the stack to begin with, AND there were other items that I thought SHOULD have been signed, but he didn't require it originally, so I left them blank, only to be told later I "was missing a signature", delaying the entire process (I'm on eastern time.....my case was holding up the entire office here from going home at all, running into the evening!). There were other little issues along the way, but have since forgotten about them, just thankful it is done, I'm approved and the refinancing is finished. Little details to overlook? Don't forget, I am a veteran, I was TRAINED and cultured to pay attention to detail, and expect any and all companies that have that very name in their title and representation of any sort to have the same if not better structured performance!
