Buying a new home is stressful time, Your team was amazing from start to finish. They helped with our credit score and told us how to manage our score to achieve our success. The only thing that I think that could be helpful would be that towards the end of the whole process there seems to be a lull in communication where we never heard anything. We understood that your company is doing their jobs but, If you could just drop a email or phone call to your customers during those time and just keep some sort of re pore would be very encouraging to them. This goes for the real estate agents as well. Over all Every one on this team was amazing and we Thank Every One Of You

Working with the Veterans united really was the best decision i made in my life! Esp i was a first time home buyer they made it easy for me to feel that i am in good hands with them and the people that i was able to work with Dan Salter and Aaron they really made everything smooth with the home buying experience it was just like buying groceries and the app that they offered were you don't have to send anything thru mail really made everything easy on my end really one of the best programs out makes everything easy thank you Veterans united you made my family have a place we can call HOME!
The entire team was quick and knowledgeable, they were very honest with me every step of the way but also very willing to help. There was no stress involved other than stressing about what could go wrong but they were on top of it 100%.
Make sure if someone is signing via POA you make sure they have the original document in hand for closing. Also make buyer aware of all the closing options (ie. in person or by mail) and although I know it wasn’t necessarily Veterans United fault for these problems because no one made us aware. But maybe just letting the buyer know so if no one else does atleast they will know from someone.
