Buying a home is a stressful event. Luckily, i had the great people at VU in my corner. I was stationed on the other side of the world, but they still managed to work around my schedule. They were easy to reach even though we had a massive time difference between us. I hit the ground searching for homes as soon as I got back stateside and we were able to close on a home in 21 days. From beginning to end, the were pleasant to work with and made the experience as simple as possible.

Do not use this company. This company was not family friendly and not concerned that my house was sold under me. I was without a home for 3 weeks while I was waiting to close. I had a 2 week old newborn and was recovering from delivery at this time. I let them know I was living out of my car and they did not seem that warented speeding up the process. It was a nightmare and underwriting were so meticulous and particular about things that really didnt matter. Dont use them if you want to have a simple process or want to feel valued.

Zach Kieffer is AMAZING! He worked his tail off to make sure my family and I got our home! We had something fall through just 3 days before we were supposed to close on our new home, and I didn't believe there was any way we would get financed after that, but Zach bent over backwards for me and made it happen! Others need to be patient. I did not realize the magnitude of paperwork involved in a VA loan. I was uncomfortable with working with an on line person rather than sitting across from a desk from a real person face to face, but it worked out OK
