Better and clearer communication with Veterans United. When it comes to scheduling for the home inspection, VU should let the buyer know exactly what needs to be inspected and what water samples need to be tested before the home inspection is scheduled. And a clearer understanding of how Navy reserves work on VU's part would help too.

What is there to say more about Aaron and Eli's team with the home loan application? After a previous mortgage with USAA, I felt apprehensive, with my PTSD resurfacing.
