We had a major issue in the beginning with Mr Owens. He quiet literally did nothing and to be frank we hope he no longer works there. If so check on what he is working on. After Chris took over we managed to stay on track and closed in time.

My overall experience was great. Being someone who works all night it was difficult to get schedules to align and such but the whole team worked with us to make sure we got what we needed and loved our choice. It was smooth sailing from the start with only a couple of times of choppy waters but nothing that couldn't be sailed on through.
