Veterans United keeps you posted on your current status and will send you the items they need to make your loan a reality. Scott helped me find solutions to problems that occurred with the prior lender that was beyond my control. He is really a great person to work with and cares about his customers.
My only thing was at one point it seemed like a lot of people were overwhelming us. I understand a team works on this but it was tad confusing at times.
