I have read good and bad reviews on Veterans United. Most of the bad reviews are based on things these guys don't control. Just because you are a veteran it doesn't qualify you for a loan. But if you have decent credit these guys will find a way to get you approved. They still have to follow all the rules and guidelines for getting a home loan. They did an awesome job helping me and my wife get our dream home. The team is super responsive with customer service second to none. I know they are helping hundreds or more of other people, but every time I called I was able to talk to the guy handling my loan or he would call me back with in 30 min. They made us feel like us getting the home was as important to them as it was to us. Thanks for all your help! We move into our new home this weekend!

Really poor experience. I'll never use Veterans United again. They didn't tell me what I needed for closing and consequently, I almost lost my new home. They also increased my interest rates at every opportunity. Think of your local lethargic D.M.V on steroids and you have Veterans United.
