I have zero complaints, this was truly a very professional white glove service and I feel as though I received the best service one could ask for. I have heard of a lot of horror stories and stresses when dealing with mortgage companies in general, however from my experience with Veterans United, it was so smooth.I never had any of those horror story situations. The team was excellent and my realtor said he really enjoy working with Veterans United for his first time with you guys as well. You all made it easy on my realtor and myself, and now I have my first home. I can’t thank you enough and I appreciate all the hard work you all put in for me to achieve this.

Could ask for a better group of people to work with. They worked very well with us being in 3 different time zone and were very clear and concise with answers to questions we had and didn’t use a ton of industry terminology that could be confusing
