This entire experience was extremely painful for all parties involved. I felt that Kody had no desire to take part in any of this. He pushed in all on Ryan, who I felt didn't want any part of it either. I felt like they made me and my realtor jump through a lot of unnecessary hoops. It also felt like we were doing a lot of the legwork that I feel Kody and Ryan could have very easily gotten from information that I had sent them previously. My realtor has never seen a lender work this way before. It was a VERY unpleasant experience.

Don't go through this company. They don't really help with closing costs. Veterans united doesn't really help veterans. It's just like any other mortgage company. They will sell your mortgage without even telling you. Please review and compare so this doesn't happen to you. As a veteran I want to say Veterans united wasn't there for me.

Originally when I was shopping around for lenders Veterans United was on my list and for no reason I ended up getting pre-approved through a previous lender. However that other lender dropped the ball never return phone calls or answer the phone when I called after the pre-approval. Just as I became frustrated with them, Veterans United called to follow up and instantly earned my business. It was a rare occasion that there was ever a missed call and if there ever was one I would get a return phone call immediately. I am extremely grateful for eterans United and my team.
I became so close to every one I felt like I was dealing with good friends I will always remember all of them thank you from the bottum of my heart

my overall buying experience wasn’t the greatest, a lot of miscommunication and lack of communication. I moved from out of state and the day before my closing date I was told more paperwork was needed , forcing me to stay in a hotel with my children for a week because I was already on the road driving to my new home . They were great with rebuilding my credit though
