As I stated in my above reviews of the individual members of the home buying team I worked with, each member of the Veterans United team performed their duties to the fullest extent I could expect. I was always kept well informed of changes that had popped up, from finance rates before they were locked in, to taxes owed by the seller saving me money on closing, to repairs being made to pass inspection/appraisal. I really couldn't have asked for a better group of people to help not only get me into the home I fell in love with, but making sure that I wasn't getting in over my head cost wise, and making sure every step of the process was as easy and seamless for me as possible.

Having never bought a home before, I was prepared for this process to be a complete nightmare as heard from friends and family. The team at VU made this process easy and worry free from start to finish. From pairing me with an amazing Realtor, answering my questions about the loan process to providing me with the necessary steps to take to set up my home, I couldn't be happier with the support and service they provided!
My team was amazing! They were always in contact keeping me updated on what was happening and answering any questions I had. They worked hard and ensured we closed on time when I switched over to VU late. Best team there is.
