Excellent service, knowledgeable individuals, problems with the online experience. Often I would get e-mails telling me that I needed to log into my account and review a document only to discover that the document was not available online or was available and could not be reviewed.
Jason Zack was the epitome of efficiency and professionalism! He kept me informed every step of the way. Michael Butrum came on board and exhibited the same characteristics. I signed a contract on November 1 and closed on December 7. Kudos to both of these gentleman!
