Veteran United has simplified financial steps in a clear and simple systematic steps that easily understood to many first time buyers and most definitely helped me feels comfortable of whole process. loan officers and staff are excellent to deal with and were available most of the time for questioning or any concerns.
The use of web based (Internet) file uploads of required documents made the loan process efficiently streamlined. Documents could be signed online which made it much easier than FAXES or mailing. Most of the loan was completed from my smart phone while I was mobile.
