Veterans United is a great loan company to work with.. The whole staff was a pleasure to work with and made the stress of buying a home so much easier.
I started the process with not a lot to work with in terms of credit and debt to income ratio. Veterans United guided me to remedy the issues with my credit score and gave me the information I needed to make the necessary changes to have a more favorable outcome.
I have heard horror stories about buying houses. We weren't really sure what it was going to be like going into it but I can't believe we own a house today! It went quick and was super easy. All that was really needed from us was documents and it took only a few minutes usually to upload each item. I thought this would be a long process but a month later we are in our first home. Couldn't recommend it enough!

They walk you through every step of the process and they are always available to answer your questions quickly and professionally. Jeff Magsman and Nathan Yount are very professional and courteous. The 2 of them worked very well behind the scenes to get my loan approved and they were very patient with me especially during the stressful times of the process. They were able to assist me in obtaining crucial documents that were needed during the process.
Adam and Jesse is who I primarily dealt with. Thy were so attentive to my needs and wants. When it was a question my realtor couldn't answer they found out for me. They responded quickly and were easy to understand. I recommend this team to anyone in need of a VA loan.
