Everyone on the team was exceptional! They were always in contact, giving updates and letting us know every step of the process. We were always well informed and never had any questions because the team was always ahead of the game with updates and information.

Lack of communication at times was frustrating.
The need to resubmit items over and over was irritating and costly, as it required legal fees to resubmit the items with a new date.
Was not told about a closing date and then received a message, the closing was scheduled for the very next day, when we were out of town.
