We had no idea what this loan process would be like, but we were so pleasantly surprised at how easy and efficient it was! Everyone was very helpful, and being able to do everything online, while daunting for us “golden oldies”, was not as difficult as we thought it might be. It was actually pretty painless and easy! And whenever we had a question, Kayla or David were more than willing to explain things and help us out. They were always very responsive and kept us well-informed throughout the whole process.
