There were times when everything went haywire, but I never lost faith that Bill and VU would take care of me and they did. They're like family to me now.

This is not my first VA loan, and I can tell you that no other company ever talked to me about my benefits, or how the VA loan best suits me and my individual situation to assist my goals as a homeowner. When I got to my new job, other new hires obtaining a VA loan with other banks were able to close solely on proof of employment. They didn't have to wait 2 weeks to close for a paystub. It made it extremely expensive to pay for 2 weeks of housing. I personally wouldn't recommend Veterans United for new hire employees.
The Veterans United team of Doug and Michelle were awesome to work with. Very easy and understanding of what to expect and processes. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a VA loan.
