My family and I had been trying to get a home for over a year with different companies and different agents with no success. Then, after praying and feeling hopeless Veterans United called me. I almost didn't answer because i didn't want to hear "No" again. But not this time, we were told " We Can Work With Anybody". Let us help you and they did! They superceded all our expectations!. We worked with Veterans United for less then 3 months and now we are homeowners for the very first time!!! We're prayed for a miracle and Veterans United was our angel!

I went into this home buying process, having some, but not an absolute knowledge of what to expect. Buying a home, especially for a 1st time home buyer, can be emotionally and financially challenging. For so many reasons, my process through Veterans United (VU) was rather quick (especially considering the home was new construction) and my entire loan team was very resourceful during the entire process. I started in late May (I believe the week prior to Memorial Day) with a online application and received my pre-approval documentation by mid-June. Additionally, my pre-approval was only delayed because I wasn't timely in filing my federal tax return for the previous tax year. When I found the home I wanted to purchase, VU continued to provide support to me, the builder and my real estate agent. Even when the expected construction completion date was delayed, VU was able to make adjustments as required with all parties, to include the title company. This was a fantastic experience. Veterans United took care of all my veteran qualification details with me, quickly and effectively. The entire experience end to end was as fast or faster than a conventional loan with all the perks of a VA loan.Several years ago when looking to buy it was a struggle to figure out how to go about getting everything restored as I have had a previous VA home loan. None of the conventional lenders knew what I needed to do, I was going in circles trying to figure out on my own with the VA what to request and how and from where. I never did get it done. Circumstances changed and we rented for several years instead, and I dreaded once again having to start that search for how to get a VA loan. Thank you Veterans United for making ownership a reality for me again.
The Veterans United home loan team was very accessible and made themselves available to fit my schedule. They also made it very easy to get over the few bumps we encountered and made the process less stressful in doing so.
There is almost always confusion with applying for a home loan. The fact that I could reach Daniel or his colleagues when I had a question at anytime was amazing. They always responded back to me if I left a message within a very prompt timeline. Most other institutions that I have worked with for loans are not even close to being as responsive as Daniel and his team was. This fact made my wife and I feel a lot of peace during a stressful time for us based on our shortfall with another company.
