Overall a good experience but Kathy seemed a little bit pushy and like she hadn’t dealt much with military. What I mean is that she seemed frustrated when she couldn’t get ahold of me or I didn’t upload something in a timely manor, I was in a school that had crazy hours and no cell phones. Also she didn’t understand that I worked on a ship and the address for ships is an FPO address.
