Tory Tuttle and Nani Serrao were by far the most caring and on-point representatives of the Veteran's United team. They both went above and beyond any possible expectations we had, made everything very easy to understand from start to finish. We are very greatful to them and everyone who was a part of this process!
Great experience! The whole process was smooth and both Rob and Aaron walked me through the entire process.
Lyda, Nani, and Tory answered my calls and e-mails with such kindness, knowledge, and understanding - excellent teamwork and communication with me and each other
Already recommended!
Every question and every concern I had were all answered. AS a first time home owner the process was very smooth thanks

Josh and Tony made an excellent team and the efforts they made to keep me informed every step of the way was above my expectations. I'm am humbled to have 2 great professionals in my corner while buying my first home.
Was given wrong information about paperwork that was claimed not to be received by Veterans United. Later found out that said paperwork was received but by a newer employee who didn't file it correctly. During that process I flipped out on someone for not doing what they were suppose to do just to find out they did do it.
Matt LaTorre made the process go by smooth and efficient. Very Professional and keep me informed through out the entire process
I was disappointed that I was not told about needing my May LES until two days prior to closing. I feel this is something that could have been conveyed before the end of May considering they are available approximately one prior to the end of the month. I was traveling across the continent from AK to DE and I get notified when I'm in Edmonton (nowhere near a US Air Force Base) that this document was neccessary or else we wouldn't be able to close. This added a ton of stress and luckily I was able to figure out how to get access to MyPay, but this was all totally avoidable. Other than that, I feel everything was great.
