This has been a really stressful experience. I feel like I’ve went through every emotion imaginable and honestly glad it’s finally over. The no communication, constant emails without calls to explain anything. I honestly feel like if I would’ve went with another lending company I would’ve closed a lot sooner with less issues that happened during the closing process.

I can only imagine how exhausting it must have been to deal with communication issues and delays—it’s not the kind of experience we want anyone to have.
