I was mislead from the beginning of the loan process. My closing date was missed by 2 days, does not sound like much, but this caused me to have to have a Power Of Attorney for the closing. In addition, the "Cash to Close" tripled less than 24 hours before closing.

We understand that delays in closing can cause extra stress during the loan process, especially if you are going out of town. Closing costs can fluctuate up until closing due to finalized numbers coming in. As a lender our fees are set from the beginning and getting all third party fees can cause these changes.
