After going thru this process only thing I would recommend to other Veterans and their families is to do your research on your future home. Look at everything from the top to the underneath on your future home. Continue to ask questions. The only part of this whole experience was when someone took over your file at the back end. Work for 2 days ask you to come up with couple items that were important, then when calling back with a answer or another question only to find out they left for a 2 week vacation. But our loan officer Jarmaine Rivera made it right.
Kendall Haun’s team at Veterans United made it easy for me to get our house in Tennessee. We love it. The process was pretty easy as the team had everything listed for us to do to get approved. Thank you Kendall for your help with the purchase of our new home.
It was very daunting being first time home buyers and not knowing anything. Our loan agent Jake was very knowledgeable and patient guiding us through the process and answering all of our questions. He is ultimately the reason we went with Veterans United after shopping around and we're really glad we did. VU made it a much smoother process buying a home than we thought it would be.

How many wonderful things can I say about Ryan Chinnis in one post? He was responsive (i.e. He returned my initial email on a Sunday afternoon), knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and funny! As a first time homebuyer, I had many questions about the process, yet Ryan always took the time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed. Also, all of my calls, texts, and emails were quickly returned. Ryan and his team made the stressful experience of buying a home feel very easy and I would recommend them and VU to any potential homebuyer.
