My overall experience was excellent. Very friendly and professional staff. The only issue I had was with final closing. The original closing time and date was cancelled and rescheduled 48 hrs later, which was a major inconvenience. Then the rescheduled closing was delayed by an additional 3 hrs. My recommendation would be more quality assurance/feedback within departments, title company, etc. to minimize possible delays. Also closing documents should be transmitted at least 24 hrs before scheduled closing.
