Our loan officer Jeremy straatmann went above and beyond his job! He never gave up on me and wife and our loan. He was not only our loan officer but he became a friend! Working with him you can see that he has a passion for what he does and helping veterans like me purchase and own their own homes. He was absolutely amazing through out the whole process!!

OMG - I cannot begin to express my gratitude. Honestly, another organization pre-qualified me at .74% lower than VU, but they didn't instill confidence. I chose Zane, at the higher rate, because he seemed to speak TRUTH. Zane let me know the details of the process, and what to expect. I AM SO GLAD I CHOSE VU !!!

The only thing I would say that could be improved would be the communication on locking in an interest rate. My discussions about my interest rate didn’t happen until the week of closing.
