Something needs to be done about the lengthy process of the appraisal , that was ridiculous and paying as much money as they charge it should be done alot faster and to charge me 2 travel charges on separate days and only came to my home once was a little suspect , I'd like to know what the second charge was for? That is my only complaint about the whole process, Nathan Corley & Kayla Webb were outstanding to work with , they are an asset to your company !!!

Communication could have been better otherwise awesome process
Lack of communication about all the delays in my closing. My loan officer left the office and was unreachable the week of my closing and case was turned over incomplete and delayed things.
