The process was very easy from the beginning.
The numbers were all over the place. We owed a lot of money at closing, then we didn't owe much, then we ended up getting money back. It was very stressful not knowing up until the final minutes if we owed anything. Honestly, the when we used VU for a previous home the experience was great and that's why we used them for this home. However, after this experience I will never use them again. It was probably the worst experience I have had dealing with a company in any line of business.
Everything was timely and elaborate. I was constantly updated on a daily basis. The process was so smooth I feel as though I did not have to do any work. Janet Bowe, Ashton Clark and the whole team were beyond excellent

We ended up on a tight schedule and she was able to expedite our loan right through and made the process quite easy for us. Her team was the best we could have hoped for and quite a bit better than we would have ever expected.
I rate this as a over all 9 instead of a 10 because nothing is perfect....
